Griffin is the franchise QB...you need to hire a coach who will scheme to cater to his strengths. Roll the dice w/ Briles and see what happens. Like I said, a bigger question will be who his coordinators will be.

Supply and demand champ.  As an owner, Daniel Snyder is always willing to supply a large amount of money to any incoming coach, therefore Art Briles is doing the right thing and demanding a piece of the action.  Can't knock the hustle.

So Art Briles just doing it as a cash grab? Yeah don't think so.
I'm NOT saying he's doing this just for the money, because this could obviously be a tremendous opportunity for Art Briles to step it up and challenge himself on the NFL level.  We also have to keep in mind that NFL money is larger than college football money, no one in there right mind would simply turn down that opportunity money-wise if you know that's a possibility.  Especially with the QB on that particular NFL team that you used to coach.

RG2 is submitting his list of names to Snyder right now.

If you actually think Dan Snyder is going to let RGIII and RG2 spearhead this decision, you're a damn fool

Snyder invested way too much into acquiring RG3 to **** this up any more. He's going to hire the absolute BEST fit for Griffin and the franchise going forward. I'm with you tho...it's a lazy narrative to put stock into the Griffin's having say in personnel decisions after the Shanahan debacle.

Idk about anybody else but I think the team to beat is the Seahawks. They've been pretty much unstoppable all year and I dont think anyone in the NFC can beat them come playoffs..Wyt??

Perception is everything here though unfortunately.

If Briles is hired, then pretty much everyone would assume it was a decision that RGIII had a major role in making.

Whether that is actually true or not wouldnt matter. That is something this franchise needs to escape from.

If you can't find a coach that would work well with RGIII, then that is a RGIII problem. But I don't believe that's the case. Start fresh and find the right guy for the team.

I hope ******** don't go with o'brien or shaw.. As an eagles fan

And I don't think chip is a great comparison for briles

Dallas is doing everything they can to get Romo to play. I'm curious about how many players can play with this injury and what would one monster hit do to his back?

SF, Phila and Sea will beat Car.

Jesus.. Romo just signed 6 year extension and now they want to send him out there with a herniated disk in his back

We barely beat them in Carolina, and they beat SF on the road, so I'm not sure how you could make that assumption.

it's like they've traded places...now welker is getting banged up and edelman is staying healthy. that was always my thing with julian. that and some his punt return decisions :lol

he's been the goods though, no doubt

Shaw's wife will make the decision she aint trying to leave Palo Alto.
O'Brein is a good possibility but he might be best fit for the Lions so can fix Stafford and get that team disciplined.
Briles is bad hire because it would really look like the Griffins are running that organization , plus Baylor just built that new stadium something Briles help build and Texas might still be in play.
