How's Revis looking last couple weeks, close to 100 percent yet or nah?

Yes he's looking awesome over the past 2-3 weeks...MUCH better than he was looking the first 5 or so games of the year. I swear if we go into that BS zone coverage against Calvin I'm going to flip **** though. I want Calvin vs Revis all damn game long.

I think Goldson's suspension is going to be lifted too. He should hear the official word later today or tomorrow.

The Colts were great before Luck got there.......

I like Wilson, have said so numerous times, but I find it funny how everyone is trying to shove Luck down in favor of Wilson like Luck is just another QB or something.
See I just take issue with the idea that Luck has proved he is head and shoulders above the rest of these guys...  because he hasn't.  His stats aren't significantly better (he's thrown way more interceptions), he has had plenty of really bad games.  He's had a great impact on his team, but I've seen them beat us- they have talent and it's not all him.  They also had the Coach and Exec of the year last year, and people still claim Andrew Luck is 100% the reason they improved.

I think it's totally based on perception and draft status.  He hasn't shown himself to be a tier apart in any way shape or form from these other great young QBs.

How many of ya'll feel Russell Wilson is somewhat overrated due to the fact his defense allows him to avoid shootouts/comeback wins (besides the TB game I guess).

I personally feel hes the most underrated player in the NFL in general, but my friends think otherwise. I would like to see him drive down the field, 2 minutes left against a good team on the road though

Game at Chicago last year, with two game winning drives late into the game?

Forgot about that and the ATL game..ya'll 100% right

Y'all using Wilson's defense against him but fail to also state Wilson is leading the #4 scoring offense in the league.

Wilson?  He did that in the playoffs against Atlanta, Bears twice last year...  He's done that a bunch.

Plus he's been playing with a sub-backup O-line this entire year.

Lost in the playoffs to Atlanta you mean?

I feel like Russy is being over-defended in here right now... No one's putting dude down or "using things against" him from what I can tell.

If I could get Luck or Russy on the Packers I'd take Luck but you wouldn't see me complain about Russ.

Yeah he is only 2nd in the league in game winning drives since he entered

I'm not saying Russell is better than anyone, don't get me wrong. And Luck is the prototypical perfect QB looking forward, so I can understand why he'd go first in a hypothetical fantasy draft.

I'm just saying that as of right now, Luck has not proven himself to be far and away the best.

Fun Stat of the Day:

Russell Wilson and Andrew Luck both have more fourth quarter comebacks and game winning drives than Aaron Rodgers.

10027 taking dudes TO SCHOOL on the race issue.

I was telling my boy when we left the that was classless by Brady, nd if (insert black player here) did that the media will crucify them.

Brady nd belicheck STAY handling their losses like an angry 5th grader. No one ever calls then out tho.

And it's not Brady I'm mad at, he can handle his losses like a child if he pleases. It's the finicky hot nd cold media I dislike. If Brandon Marshall, dez, Steve smith etc walk off the field like that it'll be all over sports center for weeks. You'll hear the usual bad leader, team cancer bull u always do.

Ur blind if u think Brady plays on an even playing field as his black peers.

Tom Brady can cuss at a ref after a no call to lose the game not because of his skin color, but because he's Tom Brady. You get a pass when you're at the GOAT status and that's how it should be. If you wanna bring race into this, why not bring up how Michael Jordan is appreciated for being the most arrogant *** hole known to man. Tom Brady can do whatever the hell he want because hes Tom Brady just like Michael Jordan can do whatever the hell he wants because hes Michael Jordan. When you're at the legendary status you get a pass black skin or white. It's not that complicated.

I'll bite.

4th quarter in games where score is 7 pts or less...

261 of 410 pass attempts (63.7% completion) for 3481 yards, 26 touchdowns and seven interceptions, good for a passer rating of 104.5. Five of those interceptions came during 2008.

Gotta realize also that 2011 was 15 games of being ahead by more than 1 TD not just for the 4th quarter but for nearly entire games.

Yall expect dude to win every game... like 22 of his 29 L's were by a touchdown or less... hes 57-29 career in the regular season.

Shouldn't that just tell you that he is almost never out of reach in a game?

It also helps that Jordan hates black people though, which basically negates all of that

but my comment has everything to do with the comment you put... russell wilson was set up for success being on the seahawks, taking nothing away from russell wilson dudes a beast and is going to be a great qb, but if he took over a 2-14 team how far would that team have gone and how good would that team have been?

Wilson and Luck actually came into the same situation to a certain extent. Wilson came to a potentially good team. Luck came into Peyton's team. It shows both that Luck is a very good QB, and how much of a lifeline Peyton was for that team. That 2-14 Colts team just needed a good QB. Set up for success :lol

actually that colts team from 2011 was bombed and basically the only 2 players that remained for the most part was reggie wayne and robert mathis... they were ranked 32nd in everyones power rankings to begin the season in 2012... so not even close to the same situation, nice try though...

Luck IMO is head and shoulders above the rest. Dude just has EVERYTHING to be the next elite QB. He has the height, the arm, the accuracy, the smarts and mindset to be it. I'm not saying that they other guys don't have the talent but in my opinion they don't have all the tools. Each one is missing something. Wilson and RG3 the height for example. Luck has proven it in college and he so far has proven it to me in the NFL. Dude is straight up balling with a garbage oline, one good WR, and stone hands for another. This year, he is constantly placed into these situations where he has to comeback by his coordinator because Pep likes to do 3 straight runs and then punt the ball and before you know it, we are down 14+ points. He keeps most of the time bailing them out on his own. I don't want him throwing 50 times a game but this coming back from behind has got to stop. They are trying to be a power run team when they have the worst (IMO) interior OLine in the NFL. That's like trying to run a spread offense with Chad Pennington. As stated earlier, you give Luck, Wilson's team, that's a 13-14 win team right there and that's a SCARY team.

Now as far as 2012 goes, every one of those wins were because of Luck. They walked into that season having no idea what was going to happen, how this kid was going to perform, and he met every expectation. No one, expected that team to win more than 5 games. I said 7 and that is because they are my team. Haha. He came in, and worked with these guys and got the team on track. They had to deal with knowing the defense couldn't bail them out and like I said earlier, it was all on Luck. I just find it amazing they allowed 300 yards rushing against KC last year and somehow still won.

I'm not saying that RG3 and Wilson are garbage, matter of fact I think Wilson is the second ranked young QB. I think hes a better QB than RG3. He can run around when needed, he has the arm and what I like about Wilson is that hes a team guy. If he ***** up he says it was my bad and that loss was on me. RG3 to me and I may be wrong, hes a selfish player. He says we a lot. I don't hear him say I when the Skins lose. Like I said I can be wrong about that but that's the impression I get.

Now after all my rambling done, lets just sit back and enjoy the next 10-15 years of top notch quarterbacking in the NFL. :) 8)

And as a side note, I swear to God and on my life, that I am not Coltfanb. :lol

A bunch of the main vets were still on that roster, along with guys coming off injury. Throw in a handful of guys who joined that year who were carried over to Luck's first year who happened to make plays, you had a good core nucleus to aid in a seamless transition for him. They were ranked 32nd heading into 2012 because they [obviously] finished last. Anything else?

So because Russell Wilson has a good GM and Luck doesn't, Luck is better? Never mind the fact that all the stats and wins say Wilson has had a better career so far.
