When will people stop making excuses for Trent Richardson? You don't need to be acclimated with a team's playbook to know how to take the ball, hit a hole and run downhill. Dude is seriously bummin' right now.

The majority of us have been saying it in his thread since we got to see some colts games with him. ( sorry browns ) :lol

Dude runs straight it linemen, looks like he's running thru mud and his pass pro is iffy.

like i said last week, watching Trent run is like watching a square being hammered into a circular hole

It may have been "corn hole" a popular game in the midwest

Who is making excuses for dude?

He damn near fell over on the flea flicker, blew coverage on a LB that almost got Andrew killed, and dropped a pass that hit him in the mitts. He had one nice catch against SD... that was it. His running style is painful to watch (unless you're around the goal line).

When Donald Brown outplays you, there's definitely a skill issue.

Writers.

I've read snippests of articles or some things pertaining to fantasy football and others about the potency of the Colts offense in general and when most mention TRich, it seems to be that he just isn't caught up to speed as opposed to the fact that he might actually be a below-average back.

Ahhh, yeah, that's to be expected. Lots of these writers said the Browns were stupid for bailing on Trent so soon, and now they're trying to save face.

I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt and see if a change in surroundings would change anything. Nope. He's actually looked worse than Bradshaw/Brown.

Lacy looks like the real stud RB to come out of Bama over the last 5 years.

i think ingram could have been better than he is, never really fit with NO. they ask their RBs to be more dual threat and i just don't see that in him

True, while I haven't been impressed with what I've seen from him, he hasn't really been able to flourish.

:lol im saying right ? or what about the Tompkins TD they called incomplete ?

how about Geno not throwing 3 ints in the 4th quarter ?

I could be wrong, but I thought the Jet drops were both TDs. Well, the Gates pass definitely was, and I think Hill's was fairly close.

Lacy is everything Trent was supposed to be.
Been sayin this for over a month, yes I want a cookie. :)

Packers 5th in the league in rushing. Either hell has frozen over or they finally have a franchise back.

I say the latter. :hat

Sproles is dual threat, Pierre Thomas & Khiry Robinson are not. There are no excuses for son, he just sucks. We desperately need to get rid of him.

Trent maybe not be any good but Ingram definitely is no good.

Then again Reggie Bush wasn't setting the world on fire in New Orleans either.

Which is weird because he's a bigger faster Darren Spiroles.

I still don't get the Saints trading up to get Ingram for a team that's great with undrafted free agents their not that good at drafting players.

Fixed.

also the clear fumble edelman made around midfield that the refs said was a incomplete pass after he took like 5 steps

Actually Mr. Bündchen did.
Nahh. Clear case of giving credit or placing blame. Everybody on NT wants to give him credit. Go figure. :lol They picked him off & had the ball with 2:30 left, then decided to waste an offensive possession. Had they not done so, the game would've been over.

you just placed blame on the saints offense "wasting a possession" and not giving credit to the pats D coming up with a stop, though.

I see what you mean, but I feel like it still was on them. They decided to run the ball, knowing that their run game isn't strong/consistent. Had Brees passed down the field & scored, the game wouldn't have been in reach.
