JJ Watt is an absolute beast. Most impactful defensive player in football.

I hate the pitter-patter and indecision from some returners. You may say there wasn't much room to run, but given the situation of punt returns, that's mostly the case. He could have easily gotten 5 yards out of that.

Schaub's done it the past two years.

i usually think you're a pretty good poster, but i don't think you've watched the texans nearly as much as any of us texans fans on here. these are ongoing issues with schaub. conservative, lack of arm strength. the reason it's resurfaced so strongly is because he's now turning it over at an alarming rate.

Im still mind blown over Kubiak saying the team has bigger issues than QB play tonight

i mean ...

im all for standing behind your QB as a head coach and not pulling a Rex Ryan , but Kubiak please take Schaub's **** out of your mouth

Coach speak. I wouldn't look into it too much. I'm sure he's well aware of the position Schaub is putting the football team in. The question is whether he pulls the trigger or not.

Schaub's hit a miserable stretch.

Yet Schaub is still better than Dalton, Weeden, Manuel/Tuel, Geno, Gabbert/Henne, Pryor/Flynn, Locker/Fitzpatrick, Alex Smith, Ponder/Cassel, Carson Palmer, Bradford.

Dude named some scrubs and rookies to try to make Matt seem better.

Is he really THAT much better Alex Smith? I'm not a KC fan but Alex is having a pretty good season thus far AND THEY'RE 5-0. I watched him put away a pretty decent Eagles team on MNF and he made throws in the clutch.

So basically he used to be a pretty good QB but now he's flat out garbage and it's time to move on. I'm I close?

look at matt schaub, step up into the pocket just to lay down.

Nothing there. Better decision than chucking it up for grabs in SF territory.

Houston can still make this competitive. Not at all sold on SF's offense. Especially when they make it easy on the defense and don't do their bread and butter in running the ball.

Schaub is sorry. I want to give credit to the Niners defense cause they are good, but he's just so sorry. Thankfully I turned in my Schaub card after last week. That QB list posted only tells me that every one of them are at least more mobile than him.

DWS: I've watched every Houston game except the beginning of the Titans game.

I'm not denying the conservatism or diminishing arm strength. Compounded by turnovers. I'm saying it's easy for detractors to pile on in his worst moment. Schaub's helped get the Texans to the playoffs two years in a row with the PA pass. Yes, Houston is run-first and stout defense but Schaub has fed Dre and Daniels well in the past.

I'm not counting out Houston's playoff chances. I think Schaub will somewhat rebound to help get them there. Although it's clear Indy is emerging as the division favorite in the future.

I agree & I'm not a KC fan either. That being said, I like him better than Kaepernick, & I hate the Niners. I always felt like Kaepernick only did half the work last season & lost a Super Bowl.

Yeah I know he wants to be politically correct, but if that quote is accurate that feels so disrespectful to how the rest of the team is playing despite the QB

Schaub led two comeback wins in a row after being down deep to start the season.

Baltimore was a team loss and not finishing drives as an entire offense.

Seattle loss was largely on Schaub. No denying that throw to Sherm. Defense didn't hold in OT, compounded by Jackson's stupid penalty.

Bullock has been missing FG's all season long. 21-6 is a two score game if Bullock hits a relatively routine 40-yarder. Would have been 7-3 at the time. Positive drive. Points on the board. Some offensive confidence restored for the team and Schaub. Yet no one talks about the kicker that has left numerous points on the board.

Usually this SNF game reminds that work starts back up tomorrow and the weekend is over, but not only do I not have work tomorrow, but there's ANOTHER game after this. :hat
