Never really cared much for AntMan, I'm hoping the movie changes that.

I just hope there isn't too many jokes in the film, I just want to see a good action movie in AntMan and i think Wright can do that. I feel that Scott Pilgrim was very underrated, action was surprisingly good on that film too.

"Ant-man people like" is kind of subjective. Personally, my favorite Ant-Man story was with Eric O'Grady, so I'm indifferent with which one they go with but from what I've seen on forums, even before anything was confirmed, you're always gonna want people who want Pym since he was the original but there's a good number of Scott Lang fans as well. I mean, he's wasn't really a slouch as Ant-Man.

I understand people want Pym because he invents Ultron, but I thought they were going with Iron Man creating him now? If that's the case, all Pym needs to do is create his suit and particles and he's good, which seems to be what will happen here.

IMO neither are worthy of a movie. Don't care who was an avenger before who. They shouldve just had Pym and Tony be science bros (since they cant use Reed) while Tony and Banner are argue and Tony tries to provoke Banner. That way they could depict Hulk a LOT better.

Eh, cool, w/e. Best thing I see here is an excellent actor like Douglas being apart of this. Hopefully, the writing is up to par to show off his skills and talent. I'm on record saying I don't really give a **** about Ant-Man no matter who it ends up being. I like Eric O'Grady but Marvel isn't releasing a R rated Ant-Man movie so I never got my hopes up but even then it's not like anything was great about the character. Plus there's nothing all that amazing about Ant-Man's powers. It's the same thing with a character whose only special ability is flight.

Best thing Pym is known for is being a wife beater and creating Ultron, don't see a problem with stripping him with one of them. Lang is the reformed thief/single parent and other than that he's pretty bland. O'Grady at least a fleshed out personality only thing is he's a scum bag and there's no way he gets a stright up superhero movie unless they change all that to make him some foul mouthed hero looking for redemption.

As mentioned before, this just gives a chance for ppl to become fans of Ant-Man whoever it is.

So not only are they giving Ant-Man an underserved movie, it's not even the Ant-Man that people like?

Ant-Man isn't some huge fan favorite, he's barely B-list.

Atom Ant got more fans than Ant-Man.

None of this really matters though or are compelling reasons to do it that way. You're basically saying just make it Pym so it can be Pym. Science bros thing isn't that important and it was pulled off well enough with Banner while he still got to provoke him.

I kinda doubt it. There's been Ant-Man stuff posted before, nobody cares much like when Rudd was cast.

This movie is a wait and see. For most they got a trailer or two to impress.

It is a big day for Warner Bros TV and DC Comics. On the heels of Fox confirming its Batman drama Gotham is going to series this morning, NBC has greenlighted a pilot for Constantine, a drama based on the characters in DC Comics’ John Constantine stories. The project, which had a script commitment with penalty, is written/executive produced by The Mentalist executive producer Daniel Cerone and David S. Goyer, the go-to writer for Warner Bros’ feature DC adaptations. Constantine centers on John Constantine, an enigmatic and irreverent con man-turned-reluctant supernatural detective who is thrust into the role of defending us against dark forces from beyond.

John Constantine, who first appeared in 1985 as a recurring character in the horror series The Saga Of The Swamp Thing, was created by Alan Moore, Steve Bissette and Jamie Delano. He was portrayed by Keanu Reeves in the 2005 feature Constantine and is rumored to be featured in the Justice League Dark feature Warner Bros has in the works with Guillermo del Toro.

In addition to Gotham, Constantine joins Warner Bros TV/DC’s The Flash at the CW, a spinoff from hit Arrow exec produced by Berlanti, which is shooting a pilot.

I used to think he is useless until I found out more about the character. His strength level is 100,000 tons

And he is bulletproof

And I cant remember his underwater speed level but his underwater strenght level is is unlimited.

I still don't like him.

I love Namor though. Despite being much weaker outside of water.

Current rumors are they are going to skip directly to an Indestructible Hulk movie. Planet Hulk would have to be at least a two part movie. Hulk being Planet Hulk and the Avengers being WW Hulk.

He hates how his career is going nowhere while Tony Stark, Reed Richards, and Hank Pym are being constantly praised for their work. He makes a deal with shield. He gets unlimited access to shield resources to create new inventions (his goal is a new invention every Friday). In return Shield gets to use Hulk whenever they want. So far I like the comic (except the time traveling part).

Nah there is going to be another Ultimate Spidey comic soon. Marvel announced "Ultimate Marvel Now". Miles survived Cataclysm. The rumors of Ultimate Universe ending was incorrect. They are starting the post Cataclysm stuff with a new Ultimates book

I'm actually gonna read the post Ultimatum Spidey and X-Men after I am caught up with Saga.

Well I care and I am sure a lot of people do too. I always post rumors but from websites that are actually reliable at times so there's a chance it could be real. I try to avoid the crazy rumors w/o a valid source or I say that there is very small chance of it's validity. I do not just make up stuff for sh**ts and giggles.



So if just come out and say Affleck will play Batman gay and say thats a rumor people are suppose to just run with it? No, so don't take offense just because I ask for a source, people simply cannot post stuff just because.

It simply ruins the thread.

Don't take it to the heart, it's a simply request to at least research or look back where you read the info.
