Why does it feel like the Phils play the Nats every damn week? They are 18-18 vs the rest of the league.
Mets are 18-9 this month so far (which included Philly, Boston, 7-game west coast trip, and ATL).

Putz is not being over-used that's an excuse IMO.
He started off well but he has had no control whatsoever for a WHILE.
If he keeps pitching like this no way the Mets pick up his option this off-season, not at 8.7M.
I have more confidence in Parnell at this point, throw Putz as the 7th inning guy until he gets things straightened out.

Went to today's and Friday's game...I think i've seen more games live than on television. Friday's game flew by; it was around 8:30 at themiddle of the 8th. Today's game was eh but there were tons of girls wearing next to nothing.
Don't know what I think about the Castro trade, but my man Omir flat out wins ball games. Plus a guy named Broadway belongs in NY.
