i hate that lord tariq and peter gunz video...how you gonna use the yankee stadium facade and then front on the shea stadium field. I must state that in my 15years of dating experience, my worst type of girls are puerto ricans from brooklyn. since a teenager, always i mean ALWAYS had issues from derranged exboyfriends/brothers to just being skee-o's...i could never understand that....

Manhattan is boring and predictable. If people didn't have to go there for meetings and the occasional, horrible night out with Manhattaniteswho still insist the East Village is really cool and the bars still neat-o then I'd rarely leave Brooklyn. With retail finally starting to catch up withthe residential development, Brooklyn will soon be viewed as downtown Manhattan was 15 years ago --interesting, unpredictable, artsy and most importantly, aplace to live, work and play. Manhattan can keep the tourists and the Wall Street douche-eois seems to be the sentiment I hear more and more.
The Outer Burroughs are quintessentially NYC.
