New Report - Aaron Hernandez Molested as a Child - p. 167

if he did killed a human then he deserves to be punish. But as of right now he is innocent, and many are already accusing him as a killer. Hope he gets a fair trial.

gotta read carefully.

I think what you mean to say is that the court of public opinion has "convicted" him.

He is not innocent. He is presumed innocent.

Being charged with murder (which he has), by definition, is an accusation.

Regardless of what aaron Hernandez did or didn't do, Carlos Ortiz is a punk and the lowest of the low character wise. If aaron Hernandez did the crime he should do the time but what Ortiz is doing is despicable.

What's worse...a murderer or someone who snitches on a murderer?

Call me crazy, but I think a murderer is far worse than a snitch.

It depends...

I killed someone that was attempting to or was harming my family

or

I sold coke, me and my partners made millions. I slipped up got caught and snitched on my partners so I could do less time.

Which is worse?

That's not murder though.

The problem with shows like CSI and dummies on the Internet is they have completley forgot what REASONABLE doubt means. Anyone can make an argument that there is doubt unless there are witnesses or a camera viewing the crime itself.

I can easily see him getting off if they pick the right jury. You just never know when it comes down to it. People are easily persuaded

No one snitching on Ortiz is a civilian. So imma go with the snitch on this one. Someone who has no problem involving themselves, yet rats to save themselves deserves a hundred deaths

You dudes talkin about snitches get stitches like these are third graders telling the teacher who put gum in Sally's hair... :lol :{

Ain't many dudes who are facing potentially life-long prison sentences and got the nerve to tell the police "No, no.. I'll do more time! You can throw that plea deal in the trash."

If he was an innocent victim, had no involvement and was talking I could see his actions.

However he was involved in this willingly and knowingly and has done more then his fair share of dirt and to go and play tattletale after he choose to involve himself in this is a punk coward move no matter how you cut it.

Someone that goes to the cops to report a crime when their innocent isn't a snitch but to knowingly willingly involve yourself in a murder then rat everyone out is a chump move.

Don't do the crime if you can't do the crime. If Hernandez killed the guy he deserved whatever he gets but to rat him out to get less time when Ortiz choose to be involved is a sucker move. I hope they all do the same amount of time if guilty.

The thing I don't get is, if you're locked up because you were involved in a murder along with 2 other dudes and 1 of those guys pulled the trigger...

You get questioned and yeah, you chose to be involved whether you knew dude was gonna get killed or not, and they ask you "Who shot him?" Let's just say you get 10 years with the possibility of early parole if it's just proven you were involved but didn't fire any shots or 25 to life if nobody is identified as the shooter...are you just supposed to bite your tongue and do that extra time when you didn't do it?

^Right?? Wouldnt a snitch be more of a scumbag if he knew who pulled the trigger, and knew where the murder weapon was, but didn't say anything so the murderer got off scott free and the family didn't get justice? Oh but he didnt snitch so yeah lets chest bump for all the non snitches out there. e-thug nters on this board tryin to prove stuff keeps me :rollin

I don't know, maybe I just see it differently. I'm not out there committing murders or living that lifestyle but if I did I would man up and take whatever time I got and keep quiet.

I'm not going to be selfish and force my family into witness protection and having them constantly looking over their shoulders due to my stupid actions. This is the real world, not he cops a plea and snitches and goes back to his normal everyday life. If your dealing with murderers and people living that lifestyle, chances are someone will try and get back at you for ratting on a crime you have involvement with. I just couldn't put my family in that type of danger selfishly because I can't take responsibility for my illegal actions. If Ortiz never wanted to do time he should've never got in that car and involved himself.

He has a shaky history and track record though so I could see hernandez's lawyer chewing through his inconsistencies.

Really convenient policy, eh?

So, all of this discussion is based on the assumption that Hernandez pulled the trigger and Ortiz snitched, right?

The part I bolded, am I taking it out of context or are you also saying if you were Hernandez committing murders, you'd just man up too or only if you were along for the ride, co-conspirator or whatever? If you're the one who pulled the trigger, why let your boys get more years then? Isn't that kind of a ***** move and just as low as a snitch...and even lower because you took a man's life on top of it?

I'm not even saying it's cool to be a snitch but I just think the idea that a snitch is a bigger scumbag than a murderer is absurd.

If he did commit the murder then yeah, it's a punk move by him to drag his boys into it like that.

Regarding Ortiz though I see it like this. If he genuinely had no idea what was going to happen that night and had no desire to be involved in it and didn't know that/if aaron Hernandez was going to kill Lloyd then I could rationalize with his actions.

However his behavior speaks otherwise. Trying to escape, getting caught in south Florida. Possibly trying to go to Cuba to avoid extradition maybe shows to me that he had a heavy amount of involvement in this

Personally I think their equally as bad, the murderer and the snitch. The murderer is scum for killing someone of course, the snitch is scum for initially knowing the murderer was going to kill and not warning the victim, and ratting the murderer out despite being involved as well strictly for selfish purposes. He isn't speaking to bring justice for Lloyd's family, he's speaking because its benifits him. I've said that Hernandez deserves whatever he gets if proven guilty but Ortiz is scum as well.

All that said, I don't think this case is as much of a slam dunk as people expect if prosecutors are even considering working a deal with someone as sketchy as Lloyd. If it was a slam dunk case they would have enough to take all 3 down. Despite so much incriminating stuff against Hernandez, he has a high powered lawyer that will do his part and if they never find that gun I wouldn't be suprised if Hernandez eventually cops out to something way smaller.

Focusing on the snitch's behavior, yet giving Hernandez and his behavior (immediately destroying security cameras, ditched gun, cleaning crew, etc.) a total pass lol. Keep it up. Please. This is really entertaining.

How am I giving hernandez a pass? Did I not say that if proven guilty he deserves whatever he gets. Keep the selective reading up though.

If the murder was conspired by all 3 the Caballos miiiight have some standing ground in saying that the snitch is on the same level as the triggerman.

BUT... Not all "snitches" are out there assisting in someones death... I hope CC doesn't think someone who snitches on a murderer because they were witness to and not necessarily involved in is on the same level as the person taking someones life.

there's really no honor among criminals so this snitching code of conduct thing is kind of pointless to discuss

That's not murder though.

Is it true Hip Hop is the reason why snitching is looked so down upon?

I'm sure if the DA made a deal with you and asked for information in return you won't go to prison or instead of getting 20yrs years you will get 5 yrs,
you guys will all start snitching.
