New Report - Aaron Hernandez Molested as a Child - p. 167

This dude said he is not about that life then goes on n says if he was he would just do the time n be quiet, smh ok buddy!

You sound like you have never been to jail let alone been convicted of a misdemeanor but you know for sure you would be willing to take 10/15 years straight jail and be quiet.

Lol as soon as they offer you a new identity and residence in the Cayman Islands you would be singing like carl Thomas too! #Emotional
Im assuming you're referring to me. So because I have never had a murder conviction infront of me I cant know the code like ive never done dirt before. Ive had jail and fines thrown at me in the past and didnt give up the people I was doing dirt with. I fought it and got it dropped down to just paying a fine. But if you're not allowed to speak on the subject unless you have faced a murder case being put on you like that is the only instance where snitching is relevant, well then just end this argument now. Cuz there is probably no1 in here who has faced murder with his boys.

And ill ignore the fact that you are trying to say I cant talk about a subject because "I Dont know" yet you are spewing non-sense like every person who testifies and gets a plea deal gets set up with a beach house on an island and a new identity like you are sipping Pina Coladas out of a coconut in the Caymans right now.

Actually, no I wasn't.

You wasted a good 90 seconds typing this reply

Dudes get stop snitching messed up. The premise isnt never snitch. If you are not involved in the activity (whether murder, drugs, whatever) and you have information then by all means tell the cops anything you can especially if it is happening in your neighborhood to keep your family and the people you know safe from that stuff.

But if you are involved in said drug deals/murders then you look like a straight ***** if the second someone puts a badge infront of you, you start singing like Adele. Say its stupid if you want. But if you are gonna be ratting out your boys for a lesser sentence the second some **** goes down you shouldnt have been in that **** in the first place.

And dont get me ****** up. I dont condone what happened that night. But if you was in that car and knew what was going down. Then you a straight ***** if you start giving up any information you have to cop a plea.

So is Joseph D. Pistone is snitch? Johnny Depp played him in Donnie Brasco.

he was a cop though
AKA a Narc

He was planted there for the sole purpose of gathering information for the police/FBI

Okay, now if this is specifically about whether it's related to "Stop Snitching" that was promoted in hip hop, that's a whole different story. But reading the first part of your statement, I've seen plenty of reports of witnesses to a crime, especially when it random shootings and people won't talk. Also, I know Niketalk isn't the best example and people can have an online persona separate from how they actually live but dudes were talking about not talking to cops and handling their business. It's easy for that message of Stop Snitching to get convoluted when it becomes a slogan worn on t-shirts and it turns into "if you see something, don't say something."

Back to the Hernandez case, they all seem like a bunch of idiots but if Hernandez was really tied to a few more murders you'd think he/they were covering their tracks well enough til now.

If your referring to me, I got a few past misdemeanors from when I was younger and brought them upon myself. Not sure what that has to do with this though.

That said, if I knowingly involved myself in dirt with people who had no problem killing others and I know what their capable of and choose to incolve myself with them and do dirt, yes I would man up and do the time. People who have no problem killing would have no problem going after your mom or kids if they can't to you. Why put them in a potential dangerous situation due to my behavior which they have nothing to do with. Why force my family into living in fear or to pack up and move in witness protection over something they had nothing to do with? Having them suffer because of my actions would be a very selfish scumbag move.

All that said, I don't get what's so impossible to grasp about not commiting crimes in the first place if you aren't able to handle the consequences and repercussions.

Innocent person gets sliced up by a serial killer- I'm tellin

2 people involved in the streets have a shoot out- nope

Plea deal- nope

Family regardless- yup

you guys don't realize all the different situations of snitching. It has to deal with your involvement, situation, victim, and so on and so on.

Ortiz is a snitch and is in no way any better then the alleged triggerman! Don't be fooled. He's a coward! :{

I wish death on no man but if your involved in all types of **** with people like AH and you get pinched, just accept the consequences of your actions. Don't throw your partner under the bus like your some saint. If I get caught and you don't, I'm bitting my tongue and pray you'll take care of my seeds being in the position your in.

there's really no honor among criminals so this snitching code of conduct thing is kind of pointless to discuss
Actually there is. The weak just don't choose to follow. It's clear most of you talking have no clue what your talking about, you can't compare different worlds

This. A good majority of you have no clue what type of dudes these rats are. It's a world most of you clearly don't understand. It takes a coward to go that route, morals don't quite crossover as smoothly as some of you may think. Chucking your chin up and taking yours as a man is what a person of good character does when it comes to the streets.

No honor amongst thieves. If I were a serious criminal facing serious charges, I would def snitch if I had the opportunity to cop to lesser charges. I could care less what folk or society would see me as. I think so called snitching is human nature, folks generally do things that they benefit from. In all honesty it actually is smart to snitch, since your charges can be dropped substantially. So my word of advice  to criminals dealing w serious charge charges who may have info, use the info you have to your benefit, don't waste it. If your dumb enough to get caught committing a crime with someone who can possibly tell on you then you deserve to possibly be ratted on, although the two people may be equally culpable. Which is why I always advise people who may commit serious crimes to commit such crimes by themselves or kill any possible witnesses breaking bad or mafiosi style. There are too many dummies committing crimes with fellow dummies which often results in the  best dummy usually receiving  a lesser sentence lol. So snitch away dummie criminals lol .

I know one thing. For those guys saying the snitch is worse or equal to the murderer, i bet if your mother, dad, sister, brother, or relative were that murder victim you would be singing the snitch praises!

if it came down that this dude would walk if they didnt have a snitch in their pocket and the man that slayed your momma or daddy would be set free, i would think you would pray to god this ***** would be signing like a canary.

There is always a way of looking at things from another perspective

oh and please save that clint east wood and charles bronson talk like "i dont care id handle the murderer myself on the street!"

No you wouldnt. You not about that life. The only thing we would have is another niketalker posting "niketalk they just let the murderer of my dad go free what to do next?" thread

why is he talking though?   is he talking because he wants lloyd's family to get justice or is he only talking for personal gain and because it could benifit him?

Lol at witness protection. Ortiz ain't Sammy the bull bringing down the mob. That idiot will have to go back to Bristol with his same name and prob get smoked after (or before) the trial

Regular case, probably but this is a high profile case and certain people's careers will be made off this case so best believe if Odin reveals (plus give additional info on other murders, which it sounds like he already has) enough to thoroughly convict AH, he will be protected.

This isn't some everyday in the hood murder by joe blow. You can afford to sell a lie in a low profile common case to a snitch regarding protection.

This isn't the one.

So you'd be perfectly fine seeing a person that had no problem taking part in killing your mom walk the streets cause he ratted on someone else?

Was thinking the same thing. If it was my relative, I would want to see all 3 go down, not one who had a slightly lesser role getting off because a da wants to make a name for himself throwing the book at a high profile football player.

I'm curious as to what Ortiz's actual role was with everything that night. As far as I'm concerned any one of those 3 could've pulled the trigger without fingerprints and proper evidence. I think more is going to come out and there will be some suprises whenever this goes to trial.

You clearly have no clue what your talking about. Dudes aint gonna see you around and laugh at you cause you snitched. They gonna put hands on you every time they see you. And seeing as how you said serious charges that means you dealing with serious criminals, so you better believe they'll have no problem killing you, your momma, you sister, or anyone else you love they can get their hands on. Just as easy as you'd kill innocent witnesses if you were bout that life. You ain't gonna be the only one doing things mafioso style dummy

What the **** does Hernandez being high profile have to do with anything. He is a high profile person not a major criminal they would use up those sources on. Ortiz won't be back in the hood, but they sure as hell ain't giving him the same treatment someone who took down the mob got. Despite the media coverage this case is not that serious, and Ortiz family will not be protected with him.

That's where you got the game ****** up.

If I saw some kill a innocent family member hell yeah I'm talkin. I'm not a snitch.

If I'm envolved in the murder of another person, and I give details to the case that would otherwise not of been discovered in order to lesson my sentence and at the same time adding to his........ I'm a snitch!

Some of these dudes just dont get it Koop. You try to explain the difference and they throw an irrelevant scenario at you where its already been explained that wouldnt be considered snitching.

AARON HERNANDEZ
HANDWRITTEN LETTER
God Put Me In Jail

Aaron Hernandez wrote a pen pal a letter from inside his jail cell, declaring his innocence, saying his murder charges are God's plan, and vowing to return to the NFL ... and TMZ has a copy.

We have verified with law enforcement the letter is the real deal. You can read it yourself ... among the highlights:

-- "The world just makes things out of false accusations ... and it will all die down, especially when they say NOT GUILTY"

-- "All the people who turned on me will feel like crap."

-- "God put me in this situation for a reason."

-- "Can't wait to sign [autographs] again when I'm playing again an [sic] prove all the haters WRONG."

As for the fan who received the letter, Karl ... he just called in to "TMZ Live" and told us he wrote Hernandez first.
