What's gonna stop them? All you have to do to be violated is having strong/soft enough features (in the case of of girls/boys) to be targeted.

If it's all children then there is no targeting was what I was wondering, but if it's on an allegation basis that extremely discriminatory.

How long have you lived here to not realize that the GOP establishes laws to legally abuse people they don't like? Do you think all these parents will accept to have their children examined in order to let them play sports? It will just be a bunch of hearsay BS about someone because their appearance doesn't fit the mold and a subsequent "examination" because "it's legal."

None of that answered my question. I'll read the article in full to see what the GOP is doing here. When I played sports I recall having to get a physical. Judging by your comments, this law only requires trans athletes to get a physical.

I was waiting for when women would say it's a slap in the face or disrespectful to biological women.

No care in the world for whatever a person wants to be called, identifies as, etc. I'll respect whatever they want. Now if I have a daughter, and she is forced to compete with an XY chromosome carrying individual with higher testosterone levels than me at that point, I'll then have some opinions. Until then, I'm just going to sit back and enjoy the greater show the US is becoming daily.
