Yall love to down play his teammates but cp3 stepped up in game 6. On any given nite Gordon can match or out play klay. Klay is an all star and hofer but he's not out there scoring 60 on 2 dribbles every nite. Steph was a non factor in the 1st half. KD and boogie were out. STOP THE MADNESS
Gordon can also give you 9 points in the biggest game of the season. Cp3 was horrendous in game 5. Clint was terrible the entire series. Y’all have a weird infatuation with harden

It's because yall hype tf out of him. You can say all that but can't acknowledge harden's shortcomings? Lol

If the rockets lose tonight:

“You can’t blame Harden. They were never supposed to win. What did you want him do”

CLOCKWORK

It’s always somebody else fault.
Never, “I’m tired of James **** he needs to step his conditioning up”.

There were multiple plays of him just standing there on defense. Not trynna box out or rebound anyone in the 4th quarter of games 5&6 but it’s not his fault cause they weren’t supposed to win anyway :rolleyes

Lebron made them go get KD

That addresses nothing that I said. Steph really the MJ of this generation since Lebron said his biggest achievement was beating him.

Oh, btw, they were going after KD regardless before that loss, Bron didn't make them do anything.

Bron was also recruiting KD that year too...

Fox News and LeSPN nor LeJump tell you those storylines.

Funny that you mention "the bar"....

It is expected that he needs to average 35+ points a game and be the primary facilitator for the team in order for them to have even a chance to beat the Warriors. He does not have a CJ McCollum on his team that can go ahead and drop 37 if he has a bad game.

Just read that for a second. That is "the bar" for him.

You right he don't have a CJ. I been telling these Rockets fans for 2 years that their roster ain't that talented.

Their roster is flawed and Harden is part of that problem. You can dress up the #'s however you want but the fact is his game drops off in the playoffs. Shooting 41/32% is terrible for your so called MVP and all time great. He has played like complete **** in too many elimination games.

He shoots what 86% from the FT line but shot 58% in that game. The list just keeps growing. :lol

I don't know how Harden gets more slander than Bron losing to the Warriors.

The Beard and Lou Williams got more wins versus GSW than the "GOAT" and his merrymen (who were considered "no help" until they left him.) in the last few years.

Bron with Klove and Kyrie' mustered only one win in 2017 but Lou with some clippers and no "GOATS" came back from a 30 point lead in Oracle and got TWO games? Wat?

The media made it seem like it was IMPOSSIBLE a MONUMENTAL achievement when he even got that one LOL.

There needs to be a referendum on this Lebron is goat narrative...but of course nobody will speak on it.

Why even argue with shoeking.We
know his stance, he doesn't believe choking exist . He doesn't believe in any aspect of life
That some people are better under pressure, and others aren't . We've had this argument countless of times .

I don't believe in any aspect of life? I legit have no idea what that means but I feel it I feel it

Steph just did all of that in game 6 doe

young steph had the confidence to say he's a better offensive player than bron and i still don't think that's hyperbole.

there's no doubt that steph went into unanimous MVP x super saiyan gawd mode in game 6...but it took him an entire half to get into his rhythm. first two quarters, he was struggling badly to find his shot in a way that i haven't seen KD struggle in the playoffs since joining the warriors.

Lol this is hogwash on a damn near every point.

You're picking a team of

Washed Lowry
Kawhi
Siakam
Washed Marc Gasol
Washed Ibaka
Danny Green
FVV

over

Simmons
Butler
Embiid
Tobias Harris
JJ Reddick
James Ennis
Mike Scott

?

I don't really see where the argument is, I just mentioned fit, chemistry and all the other factors. Sure, we have a better starting 5 on paper, but there's more to the game than paper and season averages.

Also, the Raptors won so that settles the argument.

Where are the Embiid crying memes and gifs

The internet let me down today

All that trolling he does. He deserves to get trolled back.

1 buzzer beater settles the argument that Toronto was the better team than Philly?

So Kawhi misses the buzzer beater an another free throw and magically Sixers are the better team? That’s not ridiculous?

I think Sixers are the overall better team talent wise.

However Kawhi Leonard willed the lesser team to victory.

I mean he certainly wasn't complete **** in THIS elimination game.

Given his team construct, he essentially needs to have the best playoff performance of anyone ever in order for his team to win against Golden State, and when he doesn't do that, he is a choker. Seems wild.

according to some folk on here, harden was playing with a bunch of "bums" :rolleyes

Lol at the hyperbole. How about just paying attention to the details and not carelessly turning the ball over when the game is hanging in the balance.

this guy...the lowkey insult masked as "care"

No he don't need to have the best performance ever. :lol

The warriors ain't have KD for the end of game 5 and all of game 6 and he couldn't get it done in those close games and was horrible on defense.

And again he's lost to other teams. That Spurs team w/o Kawhi in game 6 ain't require him to have some best ever performance. :lol

Games were well within reach in the 4th quarters of game 5 & 6 and Kevin ******* Durant is out.

“He needed to have the best playoff performance of all time to win”.

:rolleyes

I saw posts all year that he’s better than Jordan/Kobe/Wade whoever but when he can’t beat a KD-less Warriors team it’s, “well, what did you want him to do?”

This is coming from a James Harden Stan. I’ve been rocking with bruh since ASU.

Lol at the hyperbole. How about just paying attention to the details and not carelessly turning the ball over when the game is hanging in the balance.
Is it really hyperbole? I legit can't think of anyone that has had a similar offensive burden in my lifetime other than Bron on a successful team.

And dudes were saying he choked as well.

can’t call someone a choker then put blindfolds on when he doesn’t choke then go back to the choker label when it fits

That’s EXACTLY what happens with harden

???

where is anybody saying that Harden isn't a talented player or that he's a complete bum... he's going to have good games, but the overwhelmingly majority of the time when he is needed to really step up he has not done it. Forget stepping up during crucial moments, at this point people are just hoping he at least matches his regular season output and he underperforms that severely.

This is Harden's averages over his last 7 Playoff elimination games

26/5/6 with 6 TO per game on 37/32/76 from the floor.... in those 7 games combined he's a negative 72 in +/- ... his last four years -27, -28, -13, -10. Dude has been atrocious when they need him to play his best basketball, not just off, not a little slippage... these are Gerald Green shooting numbers man.

and I 100% in agree that numbers don't tell the whole story (see Kawhi last night) but with Harden when you watch the games, it makes the narrative even worse because you realize just how often he messes up on defense, and how he just goes through important stretches of the game either not attacking. or just dribbling in one spot & launching a contested stepback.
