Honestly. I feel that if he gets a decent lawyer for the appeal that he can beat the case. I don't see how a weed smoking, henny drinking, pill popping prostitute's testimony holds up in a trial where someone's life is on the line. Even if it is sworn testimony, people lie under oath all the time. Especially when they're facing life in prison.....
Max wasn't at the scene of the crime...There's no physical evidence linking him to anything....
Everything is based on what the girl said. There is obvious reasonable doubt. I do not know how he even got convicted. That judge/jury must have been doin the same drugs as Max's Ex Girlfriend.
to the bolded...from personal experience, when the DA doesnt have a case (bad investigatin usually) they will do whatevr they can to make a case stick...
i dont want to go in on my personal S!!! but it dont matter who it is,if the wittness supports the outcome the DA needs/wants, a judge will allow it and the defendant is done.

The article posted didn't provide any concrete information about anything that would taint his conviction... It was an incredibly subjective and obviouseffort by some obvious Max B fan to try to cast Max in the best light and everyone else as shady characters
This has nothing to do with anyone being "glad to see a man do mad time" or loving to see other people "go down." Theguy's an idiot who made a bad decision and led a lifestyle that ended in the death of another human being, and for which he will now spend the rest of hislife behind bars. Maybe you've never had a loved one murdered because if you had, you would probably see things a lot differently...
