My Cat keeps scooting any ideas

We took her to the vet on friday, and the vet said it could be due to the change in food. She doesn't have any fleas and she's scooting on hardsurfaces

Kind of agree, about the overgrown rat part. What is the purpose of a cat really? Mine just runs away when I pet or feed her
