No argument needed, IMO this is the type of scum that the death penalty was created for.
I figure the only reason they're keeping him alive is because some Hollywood producer is offering the state big $$$ to cast him as the lead for a filmversion of ODB's life story.

I hate that though. "Mentally disabled"? Who cares. This is cruel, I guess...but to me, if you commit a crime that affects other peoples lives, youneed to be held to the same standard. Yes, in this case he IS in super-max and not some mental-institute, but thats the exception and not the rule...
