The two neighborhoods in houston are not even that bad
Fondren @ s.braeswood area
West airport going towards welch middle school
Acres home
Gunspoint are far worst
And how the the town get left off
Fruitvale
San leandro
Hunters point
Hayes valley( not the gentrified part)
Tenderloin
Richmond
Parts of Vallejo
As far as the bay is concerned
Never trust these types of list,
Ain't nowhere safe anymore

Fruitvale (unless you mean the 20s) and San Leandro isn't that bad. From seminary to the 90s is what I would consider the worst area I've been to in the bay, followed by hunter's point and north/central Richmond if you want to include bad areas of San Fran and Richmond.

Yeah I agree with you but also east Oakland period
Masonic and certain parts of the haight
Mission( not around 16th street) but north of that
Divisdero
Potrero hill
Most definately anything after 8th and market
Cow palace
Excelsior
Couple of more places for the city
Also Modesto and Fresno get down as well

I can agree with on those.
Fillmore dudes rob everyone.
Smaller streets in the mission are still active.
My unc got killed in Potrero hill and they'd recognize quickly who's not from there.
Tenderloin is still the big spot in the city to move weight due to it being downtown.
Sunnydale isn't as bad as it use to be, picked my girl when she lived there. Brickhouses are dangerous though.
Excelsior reminds me of a small time mission. But it's so diverse that it never gets completely wild.
Double rock, lakeview, SoMa somewhat at night, a few others maybe.

Modesto and Fresno are ******g wild. I think they got turned out by the Bay and LA gangs (or formed by defending themselves.)

Yeah I grew up in Fillmore right off Geary before in started getting gentrified, then moms moved us out to the avenues, then moved us to houston
Last time I came home alot of ish changed but I still walk with my head on a swivel, used to pick my ex up from work in the design center in Potrero hill(that 19 Polk bus was no joke)
Never really liked to go clubbing on third st
My pops lives out in sac-town and he was telling me Modesto-sac-Fresno were getting turned out by dudes from east Oakland and Richmond, don't really like uckin around out there except for the casinos and when I was single hitting up Davis
Also when I go home really don't get down with
Ingleside
Bayshore
Balboa
But the funniest thing before I left the city I used to work at the old navy on market( put myself through school and I used to work at that copelands right on the corner of 8th and market(where Carl's jr is) and wait for the l owl and play my psp and never got robbed... Guess being a 6'1, dark male with a hoodie on pays off lol
I even had a homeless dude say" I know not to uck with you, and turned and walked away...was about to give him some change too lol

I knew #6 on the list (Houston, TX Scott St.) was kinda sketchy, but exactly how bad is it?

If I'm not trippin', that's Third Ward right there.

highest predicted rates of violent crime per 1,000 neighborhood residents.

To everyone saying that they are surprised___________________ isn't on the list, this is probably the reason why. It's still a dangerous neighborhood but it's more populated and driving the percentage points down. ]

Yea, third ward is not as bad as it used to be tho.... But u of h is in the middle of it so kids stay getting hijacked
But there are some neighborhoods that are alot worst then sunny side/south park which is further down the street from the tre

Forgot about that Copelands, used to window shop all the time over there. It's crazy because now you see all types of hipsters walking around tenderloin comfortable while dudes are slanging right next to them. And 3rd has a whole foods.....yes a whole foods, silver does too. Times are changing and Tenderloin is developing another shopping center, these dudes better start doing better or else they'll have to settle for Sac, EPA, Fresno, or another hood.

That's also where the Middle Eastern influence of Dearborn starts to show up (I remember plenty of Middle Eastern shops around there).
Those Chaldean cats were always cool. "No ID, No Problem!" :smh:

yo thats crazy, i never heard of st louis being like that. i went there for a NSBE conf a few years ago @ the conv center there. found the city to be MAD boring. didn't look hood tho, but then again i never really explored.

The hood is right down the street from Delmar Loop

My girl and I rode the train over to Delmar to see some Jazz. Started walking the wrong way from the Metro... :smh:

Wow things really change fast, when I was home last year didnt even see that, sounds like the tl will be gentrified soon, I remember the days when all you did was look straight forward (from 8th and market-all the way down to van ness) and if someone said " hey" you kept on moving because you knew what it was.

No Ohio??

NAH, JK..

Michigan and Illinois is about that life I see.

smh at detroit taking the top 3 spots
mean.gif

Gotcha'. Over by the bridge and stuff... yeah, I see what you mean. A lot of factories and stuff down there by the river/River Rouge, etc.

Lmao what is this guy talking about? You sound like you never stepped foot in none of these hoods. You calling 96 the Jeffries and 94 ford freeway, nobody from here does that. You associate Southwest Detroit with the Arabs? What? Everybody know thats Mexican Town...Them eses dont **** around and we dont bother them except on Cinco de mayo...did you google detroit crime or something?
