Labrum repair on the left one the summer before last and it still hasn’t healed properly.

My body has basically turned into mush.

And I’ve put on about 15 pounds.

I used to pride myself in being in great shape for a guy my age.

…it’s injuries that ultimately take a man down in middle age.

Raisin Bran has always been my favorite cereal
Unless you get the healthy brands it has the same amount of sugar as like Cinnamon Toast Crunch and those kinds of cereals
