I mix in two pieces of wheatabix into every bowl of cereal. Doesn’t matter if it’s capn crunch, cinn toast crunch, chocolate rice krispies.. it’s clutch with getting my bowels moving

Haven’t had cereal in a couple of years. And when I did I ate em dry as I had been for years prior. At some point in my 30s milk just wasn’t hitting the same, stomach man. Can only tolerate oat milk these days.
