We did okay. Filled in a few needs. Still need 2x CB, MLB and another WR.

Some of today's sign are due to Gruden being the Raiders HC. This team would be more attractive if some of our young players stepped up. Outside of Carr, Mack, Cooper and Jackson.

If del rio was still our HC. I doubt Nelson signs here.

I feel you but I look at it the opposite way. This team isn't 1 or 2 players away. The young players haven't developed and the cupboard is kinda empty.

What impact free agent would you have preferred and how much of a difference would that player have even made? Every young player got damn near 10 mil plus and the raiders only had like 25-30 mil in cap space right? None of the contacts the raiders signed are long term or big money. To me this is a transition year. Next year is the year they go for the division, make a splash in free agency and try and build momentum for the Vegas move.

I would've liked to see them go for the Honey Badger, Richardson or ARob but in reality none of those players are putting this team over the top.

Agree on most of these points. We still have a ways to go and this feels more like veteran leadership and experience riding this ship into the post season for the next two seasons before the train arrives in Las Vegas. When the train arrives in Las Vegas 2020 we blow it up again. Gruden by that time has two fresh seasons back in the NFL and has more of an idea of where he wants to go and where we are roster-wise. I still believe that development and consistency was an issue for many of these players and coaches since 2012. Reggie McKenzie, God bless him, had to keep dumping, drafting and hiring different to adjust to the carousel in Oakland since Al passed.

What can we expect from Greg Olson and Edgar Bennett as far as offense?

If they can resign Bowman I think they go CB (Denzel Ward if the Niners don't take him)

I hope it's Roquan Smith, if not I wouldn't mind Harold Landry to pair up with Mack. Than CB Isaiah Oliver in the second round RB Penny in the 3rd .

So it's pretty clear Marshawn is coming back right? Didn't his roster bonus for 2018 kick in like yesterday?

Another RB we might take in the 3rd is
John Kelly RB from Tennessee. Last year we had Kamara high on our draft board. He was taken down due to ML sign a few days before the draft.

I like puttin Bruce at DE. I still feel like we have a big *** hole at DT. I know our pick is too high, but I think Vita Vea would be a huge upgrade to our defense as a whole

I'm leaning toward Vea/Ward or tradedown. Wouldn't mind Chubb if he fell but i doubt he'll fall to 10.
