How exactly would they usher 300 million people into 800 different camps? What man power will get 30million people in Southern California, all lined up nice and neatly and into these camps?
We can't even get a couple thousand al-queda dudes, or sufficiently lock down Baghdad, none the less control a herd of 300million people. This is sounding a bit lofty, no?
