how long he had the watch? all he has to do is produce a facebook picture with him wearing it, even better if she is in it to show that the watch was a gift given to him and then he can get her AND the dad for filing a false police report.
Also the whole him getting arrested thing is @@@@@%#@ cause thats just hearsay. just cause someone says you stole a watch doesnt mean you get arrested without any actual evidence... unless he said he sold the watch but didnt steal it. if he did his lawyer MIGHT be able to use the fact he openly admitted possession of the watch to show that he had no fear of arrest and therefore had an innocent mind, thats BIG maybe though.
