yeah nothing worse. it's crazy how much easier it is running outside in terms of getting through a run and actually sort of enjoying it
treadmill for HIIT sprints only.
never understood how some people can legitimately run 4+ miles on the tread. More power to them though.

People forget this about APs MVP season, but Percy Harvin was far and away their best player to start that season and was an MVP frontrunner at the halfway point. Of course, he got injured and AP took off after a somewhat slow start.
I wish they had gotten Favre just a few seasons earlier. That team had nice offensive weapons and probably a max 3 year Championship window had they had a QB.

not really sold Lamar will be good in the NFL but I would take him before Rosen, Darnold or Mayfield
