LOL Central Cal definitely deserves that face! However, we are the Agriculture capital of the world and have a lot of hardworking farmers and ranchers here that supply food for a lot of the country and world.Originally Posted by kamakazipnoygt

Crazy how when you're driving back from a road trip, and start to smell cow-manure, you know you're close to home...

...and Fresno nor anywhere else in Central Cali is one of them.Originally Posted by DsLee559
I live in Central Cali around the Fresno area and though the weather and pollution sucks, I love living here. Norcal/Bay Area is 3 hours North and SoCal is 3 hours South, so we're in the middle can spend a weekend in either and come home easily before the next week starts.
Mexico is about 7 hours away, and Vegas is about 5 from here, so those places aren't hard to visit either.
Also, it's possible to snowboard and surf in the same day if you wanted.
I lived in Seattle for 10+ years and it will always be my second home,
but I can't deny the fact that California has gems outside of the main metropolises such as LA and San Francisco.
