Excluding his endorsements. Mj only earned about 90 mIllion during his NBA career. Give or take. he had the 8 year 24 mil and the 2 year 66 million. Mannnnnn mj should have earned way more than that.

First off is that figure adjust for inflation and secondly MJ played a great portion of his career in an era players made relatively less money.... He was fairly compensated in my opinion

This is the greatest player in the history of our sport, I think he was just a tad underpaid. The owners made a killing off of that man.

You have to understand that players weren't getting paid that much during his time anyway. If he was playing now and was in his prime dude would've gotten paid!

Yeah salaries were lower during that time, but he is set for life with his Jordan brand, so it isn't like he's going poor anytime soon.

All these years I thought that 95-96 was a big money year for MJ, like the last two with the Bulls. Guess not.

Like someone said, you have to adjust for inflation. 1 million back then was worth more than a million today. The figures look less when being compared to today's salaries, but the worth was top dollar.
