i like these... i will be ordering a pair sat from ndc.. have a 20% off code from some iDs they messed up.... I could see D Cousins wearing these with the black alternates

clear bottoms would make these even better

Aesthetically, I'm a sucker for clear bottoms, so I agree with you there. But blackouts scream "wear me through anything, I'll be straight!" I'd love how they look with an icy bottom but it would totally deter me from wearing them on less than perfect days and would take away from why so many of us wanted a triple black (close enough imo) in the first place.

It'd be really hard to mess these up. Between the marbled sole and black on black speckles, they'll cover up anything minor easily. (Knock on wood before my foot busts through em Manu style)

i for 1 am kinda lookin forward to the elites, they r not much to look at but far from being ugly.  what im really keen to find out is the fit of the shoe.  regular xi is such a bad fit for me - size 9.5 wit nike 1/2 cushioned socks and they r still tight around toe box (width+height), size 10 - i need elite 2 layer socks to fill out the damn thing, thats a massive diff from 1/2 size up.
the elites r overpriced but im willing to give them a go - if they provide a good fit and matched wit a good CW
i guess u gotta pay to play to get the latest tech + performance, as a player im always on the look out for new shoes for ball.  dunno if this makes sense to u guys but im not lookin for a pair of shoes to make me play better, instead, im lookin for a pair that wont make me play worse, i dont really believe in the - this pair and that pair makes a person play better.
so when they hit nike or footlocker i def be keen to try on a pair or 2

yeah my size 10 gave issues when i was balling.. heel slippage and moving forward and backward.. i need to try on a size 9.5.. i have a lot of space in the toe box.

yo since it is posite material and lebrons are known for being tanks. Would this be durable and long lasting for outdoor ball? i know people say the sole is extremely thin.. what do you guys think? i want the anthracite for outdoors because it wont get as dirty.

Some people already notice the rubber wearing down from indoor play, not sure if these are worth $200 if you're balling outdoors. Plus the shank is really low, so if you're on anything less than a flat surface, you're basically like a nascar on a dirt track.

Well not crazy worn down, not trying to be too dramatic about it lol. It all comes down to how much time you spend hooping outdoors. Personally I never buy specifically for outdoors. When I bring in a new indoor hoop shoe and my old one becomes my outdoor shoe.

ah i see what you do. i play both indoor and outdoor a pretty equal amount, i just like having the newest tech when i play.

Yeah I'm thinking they should be sometime this month, especially considering kicks-crew already has them up on their site for preorder to release this month but I guess we'll see
