Lebron 9 questions or best shoe for my situation.

Were these ever released, because this was a thumbnail on KicksOnFire for the top 9 colorways of the Lebron 9's but they weren't even there as a top colorway?

Are these shoes wide, especially around the toes and how heavy do they feel?

My knees were hurting after playing in the Hyperdunk 2008's for awhile (no cushioning) so I figured I'd buy something with Air Max technology. I bought the the Fly Wade 1 because of the good reviews, Air Max Tec and also being light, and my knees felt good in them but they are very narrow and my feet started to hurt bad after breaking them in.

I figured the 9's have great cushioning for my knees with Air Max Tec but I need to confirm the width and the weight. If they are narrow, any suggestions for what I'm looking for would be much appreciated, and I do run around the court constantly like RIP & Reggie so I need a guards shoe nothing bulky or heavy.

I posted this in the official 9 forum also, but I don't think it will get answered because of too much traffic.
