I was just about to make a post regarding him too: How it's impossible for me to take him serious in a non-comedic role. I tried watching the soloist lastnight... ended up on NT.

Seems like it should be pretty intense.

It kinda reminds me of that movie a few years back with Kevin Bacon , Death Sentence, which was surprisingly pretty good.

Couldn't take him seriously. It's sad because I really wanted to. He did an amazing job portraying him, but I couldn't make myself forget it wasGoofy Jamie Foxx.
