That typical human emotion where we are irrational when against the wall and almost knocked out.

1) when we were struggling with the Howard Nash artest pau and kobe team - people were like: man we should play Goudelock! Wtf is D’antoni doing

2) I remember losing to pistons in 2004 finals And people were like: WTF Phil, play Byron Russell!!!

Anyone else kind of over the over analyzing of every other series and how it affects the lakers. You’ll hear guys talk about : lakers gotta stay fresh for clippers, omg if this series goes more then 4 we are done...need clippers series vs others to go long to tire them out etc

it’s like people don’t learn from the past playoff runs. If you’re good and poised and resilient, you will win. Don’t need all these extra antics and excuses. Just focus on your team. If they can’t beat an 8th seed, we didn’t deserve to win. Every game is a learning experience. Those Kobe teams always went 5-6-7 games. “Tired” isn’t an excuse

After landing Anthony Davis in 2019, some expected that the Lakers would be able to add another impact player this offseason. But given the paucity of quality free agents and the salary cap almost certainly falling lower than anticipated, the Lakers likely will enter free agency with only their midlevel exception (worth around $9.3 million in the first year) available to add a real piece.

Given the Lakers' lack of depth on the wings, that seems like the right area to upgrade. But the best options out there -- names such as Milwaukee Bucks guard Pat Connaughton, Pacers guard Justin Holiday or Heat forward Jae Crowder -- are helpful players who won't necessarily move the needle.

Well it's all in an effort for people to discredit LeBron. "you see, LeBron ain't real, he's 36 losing in the first round for the first time in his career". Give me a damn break, every great has mishaps. Nobody wins all the time.

For the record, I really don't see how a team that has the 5th worst defense wins anything. If they coughing up 120 pts to the Grizzlies, good luck guarding AD, LeBron, or even Kuzma.

We just need our bigs to not suck honestly.

You would swear we're going up against Tim Duncan & David Robinson in 99' the way some people hype this Blazer team

I do not trust Javale, as one shouldn't lol
NBA Champion Javele can and should be trusted to contribute as a role player. Double double every night? No. 23 boards every night? Second cooking of Shaq? No. But just be a solid role player by being what he's good at? Yes, he can be trusted to do that.
