I think there is clear separation in ability and it'll become more apparent. Devin is the carbon copy aside from his 3 ball of Klay Thompson in his 2nd and 3rd seasons except he just turned 20 and Klay was 22 and 23 at the time.

For some reason he seemed more disciplined as a rookie than he does now.

I think when he was no longer counted on to be a PG he became a guy with blinders and tunnel vision.

Of course he then gets a layup in transition. Then takes a quick 3 to miss for no reason.
