Exactly. We never know what to expect from this team from night to night, with or without Lebron. We can beat the Warriors on the road or get dominated by the Wizards. The west standings are too tight to have Lebron sit out any longer than absolutely necessary. If we lose two in a row we'll be out of the playoffs.

We need Lebron to come back then go on a little 6 game win streak to create some space. The West is too tight man. We can easily win 48 and miss the playoffs

We're inconsistent with Lebron. We've lost games the same way with him as we have without him. I'm for one enjoying the style of play more until the latter stages of the games where hero ball takes over.

We've won a lot of close games solely because of LeBron playing "hero ball". We don't have a closer outside of LeBron so we rely on him heavily in the closing minutes. LeBron dominating in the fourth quarter is a difference between us being in the playoffs now and being below .500. until someone else proves that they can make plays in the half-court offense, we're going to have to rely on LeBron. You saw what happened in the first Kings game where we blew a 15 point lead in 6 minutes because we didn't have a closer.
If you notice, once we're forced to play half-court offense without LeBron our offense becomes kuzma and Ingram isolations. You like that style of play?

You'd have a point if we hadn't blown leads with Bron out there this season in similar fashion to the Kings game. The overall ball movement is better to me without him dominating the ball. That's it. It looks more like last year.

I think the Thunder are one of the worst matchups for us in the league. They can stick an all-NBA defender on our best guy, Adams is a beast and he'll punk McGee and/or Zubac and Westbrook is still one of the fastest guards in the league (although he's played like crap lately). Our only shot is the play good defense and get hot from 3.

If the Warriors re-sign Klay this offseason, they can't trade him until December 15th of next season and we all know that Pelicans aren't waiting that long to make an AD trade. The moment he declines the supermax, the Pelicans are on the clock.
