I don't blame yall, I thought it was terry cloth soft too when I visited the spot the first few times

But as I spend more time there....

What homeboy up there said about Asians and their roles according to their background, is 100% correct.

I don't know about Cambodians, but I know Chinese and Viets out there control a lot of the underground scene.

And they will not hesitate to settle conflicts.

This is on St Marks Place in NYC.It's where a lot of young business people go to drink. Mostly asian establishments, thus mostly asian people. Seems to attract a lot of fights between drunk idiots. It's not a bad area or anything like that, just kind of like your mini college bar scene. Drunk idiots fighting.

Seen a lot of fights there, this may have been the softest one to date.


Looks like those skater kids were unnecessarily loud and confrontational, where as the other group just wanted to get home safely . Don't judge the situation by what one side is yelling at the other side, could be a whole nother story behind this.

I think both sides were in the wrong, obviously the skater kids were more wrong but I get the vibe the Asian dudes were drunk and got that alcohol courage and one of them popped off and said stuff he shouldn't have and normally wouldn't have said if sober.

The skater kids overreacted and went to far, but at the same time you can't use being drunk as an excuse to say reckless stuff and think nothing will happen.

If I see someone's drunk and acting irrational ill ignore it unless they get in my face but not everyone is that levelheaded.

If we talkin drugs the Sinaloa cartel controls EVERYTHING in the Bay and probably the whole state.

In my experience some Asians might have a chip on their shoulder but they usually the ones who all bark. Just like every other group they mostly just regular people out here tryin to make it.

I carpooled with a guy like that. We used to pick him up from the country club, and he would bring blades, brass knuckles, etc. to school (which happened to be a private school full of rich white kids). I didn't say anything back then cause I needed to carpool really badly, cause with traffic it would take an hour+ to get there by myself when his mom invited me over for dinner, it was hilarious to see how nice and quiet he was compared to his "scare white people" persona
