West agreed to the sum, and got joint custody and access to the kids. I think for a dude worth hundreds of millions, that is a good deal if you love your kids.

Ye playing nothing just sounds wild to me. If he pays nothing because Kim is a billionaire, then an argument could be made that she should also have full custody and be able to restrict access to the kids however she pleases.

West would be all over social media and in front of cameras complaining if she had that power over his access. His recourse would be to take her to court, where it would probably not go well for him.

I have a hard time feeling sorry for him. Kim maybe a low character person, but in comparison to Kanye she looks way better.

Ye should pay the money he agreed to, and enjoy the time with his children.

There are issues with the family court system. I don't think this is a good example to use to litigate them.

Holy **** at some of the last few pages lmao. I need to venture out the m&n thread more.

As for the child support talk. I used to be very disparaging of child support. Probably due to immaturity, also probably due to ignorance since I had a crappy experience in terms of my first bm hanging child support over me as a threat if I didn’t do this, that, and the third. So instinctively, my mindset was to say F child support.

Once she actually went through with it and finally put me on it, it wasn’t the boogeyman I thought it was, and it actually made my life a lot easier.

The judge gave the number he gave. Which by all accounts was fair and reasonable, and that ended all the money requests from her. She still would ask for more beyond the child support, but I would just tell her to please adhere to the ruling the family court judge made. She didn’t always like that response, but oh well.

I still provided more beyond what I was required to pay monthly, but looking back, for my situation, I wish I just dealt with the child support stuff much earlier instead of being fearful of the whole child support system. Would’ve spared me from so much drama lol.
