I need to sleep and wake up early and *!++ but I can't even stop listening to this. I'm @$#%+*% speechless at this song/beat.

listen to the original by Cassius, it's better imo

Pretentious, douchey comment.

I grew up in the hip-hop generation, the original doesn't speak to me fam.

And Jay-Z pulverized this. This is barbarity. If you say the original without his verses is better you just have no appreciation for rap.
This is absurd.

You fellas' musical tastes must be pretty damn limited if this album is so mind blowing. It's cool, but how you make these assessments off of 1-2 listens is bollocks.

Seriously....and Hip Hop is pretty awful nowadays so I can see the
eek.gif
but its really underwhelming

Q-Tip KILLED "That's My *#@$+", probably my favorite produced track #oldschoolflavor

Salty much?

at the "impartial" part. It's music - you either like it or don't like it, and if you don't you're probably in the wrong thread.

*puts on flamesuit*

If this was an EP, this would be a classic.

There's a handful of songs that's 'meh' to me.

The songs I do like though..

I'm sure you & many others like yourself "liked" the album before you heard a single track.

Thread jumped 30 pages since it dropped.

Album is ok. That's it for me. There's a few songs that are very good.

EDIT: Twitter wants 9th Wonder dead right now

I just read the last 1 1/2 pages of this thread....totally predictable.  I mean, this is the same forum where you have cats openly admitting they were crying through Kanye's 808 album
laugh.gif

I've only heard Otis, and that **#@ was underwhelming.  I expected more from these two.  I'll give the rest of the album a listen later on, but I'm not expecting anything

Honestly, Kanye/Jay could release an 45 minute LP of them doing nothing but farting and folks would say that they have transcended the game and should get 5 mics.  It's just how it is with anything involving these two.
