If these are like the statue of liberty dunks... then you could just use sand paper to get the paint to rub off without wear.

Yo these are crazy props to Lance Mountain awesome concept.
They look the best with the paint kinda scratched off imo Id rather that then them become fully royals or fully breds

THIS. It took me FOREVER to scratch my SOL dunks, had to skate them to break that top later up a lil. The end result was cool through after I gave them to my cousin. But you're right, it's not gonna be a "clean" pair of breds or royals at all. I'll honestly consider skating one of the pairs if I'm able to get them.

I have to believe that the paint they're going to use on the outer layer will be nearly impossible to get off all the way without the use of some type of a solution. Don't know if that could damage the colors of the breds or royals underneath as well though. Personally I think these will look best destroyed so I wouldn't do that anyway. Buying both sets to try to make faux breds and royals isn't going to turn out too well I think because they'll likely always be some white and black on each. Any scrapes, creases, or people stepping on them will make them look better.

They aren't meant to be clean Breds or Royals at all & probably won't turn out like that. They're meant to have a tarnished look to them

I can't skate so I'd have to forget skating these. But adversely, Anybody thinking about playing basketball in these? I'm sure that'd be a good way to get some of that paint off....and even though these are SBs....They are still jordans....IJS. I mean you could throw an insole in and get a few games in these.
