Did at least 1 NTer win the UNDFTD raffle?
I thought the undefeated raffle comes out on Monday?
Oh word? Thanks.
Gonna hold onto that .000000000065% chance of winning. There's still hope!.
Good to know I’m not the only 11.5er still lookin for their retail pairI'm still looking for my 11.5 like you
This is beautiful. I remember in 6th grade I wanted the Cardinal 7 really bad. My dad wouldn't bite on it because I just got a pair of Reebok Blacktop Pumps for $80 and I was in a growth spurt. He tried to pass off some other Nikes on me that were really nice (Think the Nike Air Force 180s and Flights that Pippen wore, even David Robinson's kicks, this was late 1992 so so much great **** looking back...AND ON CLEARANCE) Anyway, I figured he was right, but it hurt. Helped that a pulled a Jordan Team Leaders card out of the packs of '92-'93 Fleer that I got on the trip that we went to look at those sneakers (I still have that card...it graded PSA 9, one of my favorite cards, he's grabbing a rebound on the front in the Playoff 7s) Anyway, Christmas eve with the family rolls around, I get a lot of cool **** from my family members, Hasbro wwf figures, Boxes of 1992-93 Upper Deck and 92-93 Skybox, Turtles In TIme for SNES, Street FIghter 2 for Genesis (I didn't get the Genesis until the next morning, that was a bit of a Spoiler though, Pantera Vulgar Display of Power and Ice Cube The Predator for the new CD Player (shipped to me from my Sister...R.I.P.) anyway. My Dad gives me a box and said "I did a little shopping this past weekend, couldn't pass on these" I open it, and my jaw drops, There they are, the Cardinal 7. He got them at JC Penney On Clearance (Yes, back in the day, JC Penney got Js...keep in mind this is 30 years ago) The smile I had stretched so wide it made my damn face hurt. We lost Dad this past April to complications from his radiation and chemo for Lung Cancer. This Christmas is going to be tough, but I will always have **** like that. NEVER forget all the great things your parents do for you. My Dad HATED the sneaker game, and he let me know it, he thought the hype and prices for sneakers was stupid as hell. "They're ******* shoes!" he'd always say when I showed off a new pair to him until the day he died (it was one of my favorite things about him, he just could not give a **** AT ALL...BUT...he knew I liked them, so he put up with it. Just like he did for SO MANY things, like wrestling, comics, Rap, Heavy Metal, music, and a bunch of the other stupid **** I was into over the years. You ever thought about biting the bullet this one time and getting him a pair for Xmas or his birthday? It may sound corny but looking at his face if you surprised him will probably be worth it.
I remember when my mom surprised me back in high school with the Kobe sunshine All-stars. I was geeked like I was 8 instead of 15.

lol I work crazy hours. Right now I’m working nights 6 to 6. Eastern time zone. When I woke up at 5 l was headed back out to work.Hold up, what time zone are you in? Or do you work nights?
You joined the draw, waited 90 mins for results and went back to sleep. Woke up at 2 saw the L. Went back to sleep. And woke up at 5? No wonder you have 2 women to raise your kids and cop shoes for you
My favorite sneaker memory all time is when my mom surprised me the morning of my 12th bday with the Metallic 5's that had come out at midnight the night before. The thought of a little olewhite lady in line at midnight for some J's legit still makes me teary eyed. I got to wear then to school on release day. That didn't happen back then. People were interrupting my classes all day to see what the new J looked like. I haven't been as cool since as I was that day. I was the man that day. I'll never forget it.Thanks for sharing your story. You got very thoughtful parents. Since you're sharing it with us here, most important please don't forget to remind your parents you still remember to this day this nice story and how much you appreciated, that'll be a nice family moment this Xmas.
Yep and I really like the idea. I had thought about it yesterday. Been thinking about alternate solutions all day.
Not going into too much details here but, thing is I had bit the bullet pretty bad with some other stuff I already got him for Christmas and Bday gifts...this last Thursday. So yes I could do it again I guess but not at crazy prices since there's so much I can cover at once as a single parent and having full custody.
That being said, I'm keeping my eyes opened and crossing fingers for potential restocks to start with and yes that would be magical to surprise him in such a way.
Thanks for caring, I really appreciate. I wish you a Merry Xmas with your family.
Someone oop this man! What size does he need anyway ?Love the pic man!
I'm glad for everyone that was able to cop.
Here's my personal version of the story:

Took an L across the board today. Even though it's been an unpleasant experience at each release like this for years now, I can live with it, I'm an adult.
But, here's my son's story for today and he'd been waiting for these so bad, more than any other J ever before, more than Christmas!

Such a sad experience for a 13 year old the way things are...to experience of the dark side of shoe game when he'd been saving for about a year for these...now that he's old enough, telling me over dinner: ''dad I checked, there are some available on ebay for 525+65$ shipping...''
Re: ''No way you're spending that kind of money on shoes son!'' (which he doesn't have anyway and no matter how much you want something, it is NOT ethical paying triple the price for something. Yo Money! we're talking about shoes here! Not a house! not money for education! shoes son!)
Him:''well what should I do then? You know I really wanted to have these shoes today''
Re: '' yeah I know, I feel ya, me too, wait 2 more years son till the crazy prices come down somewhere more reasonable because it seems like Nike, Footlocker and al. doesn't want your money and there is no way I gonna let ya getting ripped off! You know some years ago, before you were born, when the first Chicago 1 retros were at the Nike outlet, I remember them being piled up on the floor right in the middle of the store and were marked down to 19.99$, no kidding and even then no one would care to buy 'em back then...myself: I didn't have alot of money as a kid so I had to chose and pass on J's even at that price!''
(I've been 'hurting in a way'' for almost 30 years now but I made the right choice back then because needed some running shoes for running track and made it to the national level later, but that's another story! So glad for those who copped today! )
So he took the L like a real Winner, but tough life lesson for a kid...just like me back then.
I copped the Undftd forces and I’m hoping they recognize my recent patronageOh word? Thanks.

The size 8 NT’ers punching air right nowYea what size we need? My wife probably not going to wear this size 7 tbh. But at 13 he's probably like a 9 or 10?
We thought there was going to be a red wave when ultimately it turned out to be a red trickle.About 30 entries in random raffles in total and zero wins. Just as I was expecting. Add me to the FU Nike list or more so the FU resellers list.
Wow fam you work way to hard life is to short to waste it at work I know you get bills but damlol I work crazy hours. Right now I’m working nights 6 to 6. Eastern time zone. When I woke up at 5 l was headed back out to work.
Saw on TikTok a Nike employee vlogging her experience. There were more than enough pairs for them. This was at the Nike Employee store that’s in Nike HQ
Plus they get 50% off and no sales tax in Oregon.
