ppl salivating over these 2013 breds and talking down on the 01's cause they have a nubuck swoosh blah blah blah, talking down the tumbled leather on the banneds blah blah blah
same thing went on in the royal thread. those who copped the 2013 royal pretty much said the 01 royal werent as good. 

next thing you know they'll start with red "popping like the finest champagne" on 01s doesnt mean anything, just wait. 

I think people mainly said the 2013 Royals are truer to the OG in terms of height, materials, shape, etc. than the 2001 which are decidedly more of a mid than high cut. I can respect someone saying that the 2013 OG styling is closer to how they released in 1985. That said, I love my Banned 1's and the 2001 1's have solid leather. These 2013's would never kick out a 2001 pair from any collector's closet.

i hear ya, and i have no problems with what youre saying. but most of the 01 hate did come from those who didnt own a pair but felt ebodied once they copped the 2013. whatevs though...

and i agree, these 2013 breds will never replace the 01's. i remember ppl saying ppl should look to unload the 01's and banneds as these would decrease their value. i was like what the hell. not even close to being true, i was on here telling ppl they should look to move the dmps for all they can as those would be the ones to decrease in value. in the months since then ive seen dmps going for as much as 01 prices at spots like RIF, DS dmp going for 375+. 

. crazy high considering i copped my 01s for 325.

either way these will be copped so i can retire my 01s. we had a good run

Early in this thread Banneds were bashed, followed by '01s. The last two week they've both been praised. Either it's a different crowd, or some of y'all coming to your senses.

Probably a little bit of both.

I've tried RSVPSnatcher, RSVPSniper and RSND and I haven't been successful at all... NOT even ONCE...

I've tried about 10 times now (between the 3)...

Please PM if you can...

Although I won't be needing the services for these (pretty easy cop at my local "urban" chain) I'd like to plan for other releases going forward...

Ok thanks. I haven't checked for shiekh on any of the previous NA1 releases this year. Kinda assumed they didn't get them. Good to know that they do though.

But MJ doesnt like em so we are not going to release them EXCEPT in outlets. Hope you guys don't have too much trouble finding them considering outlets dont ship until 48 hours after a release. But they are an amazing shoe. We gave a few pairs to Hov and he loves em. Good luck."
