I think most women don't realize natural thickness is lowkey a warning sign to count calories.

It holds itself together in their youth, but when it starts to unravel with age, it unravels

My great aunt is about to push 70 looking like she's in her late 40's early 50's.

My grandfather is in his late 70's and looks to be in his late 50's.

Even my dad is getting old as eff now and looks like he's in his late 30's.

My family has always been health conscious though, lots of salad and water, pop was banned in the crib growing up
