I have this feeling all the time just like BS said the feeling of things getting real too fast. But i'll give you what I think is a gem in these types of moments: the more your able to control your emotions whether sober or
the better you can control the way your life goes. I had the same exact feeling when getting high but i've gotten much better in being able to reduce the duration and intensity of these moments. All you really have to do is learn that your always in control, some people have a harder time figuring this out than others...but like the saying goes "control your emotions, or they'll control you"
I find that even though I get these scary moments while
that by learning to control them when I get too introspective on myself makes my sober reality much better.
there is def. a learning curb to
as well as other psychdelics, but don't think that people can't find this control without it.
is just another vehicle to get you there maybe faster which the same could be said of meditation.
This is a real weed head conversation right here lol
