Only rude when someone's trying to talk to you..
When I worked @ a grocery store this lady came in line, ear buds still in. Cashier was trying to talk to her and this broad was head-boppin' all over theplace.. Customer wasn't young either..
Cashier: How many do you have?
Customer: What?!..
Cashier: How many gallons of water do you have?
Customer: Oh 5 (puts earbuds back in)
Cashier: Cash or credit?
Customer: What?
