I try to, but I atleast get 64 ounces128 ounces is my daily goal.
Also does any one else drink water when waking up and before going to sleep. Dont know if im the only one.
It's suggested 8 cups per day to be properly hydrated which is 4 bottles of 16oz^^ 24 l water bottle is over doing it. More like 24 ounces. Some of yall straight camals. How can yall go a long time without water.

I get thirsty and drink with every meal, but just downing water throughout the day I ain't trying to run to the bathroom every half and hour
When I'm playing sports or having intense workouts twice a day I usually have a Gatorade (mixed with water) with me too. I sip on it for a little energy boost and I feel it worksI drink my water from my 40oz Klean Kanteen, which I refill once or twice a day, and the water fountains at the gym, so I drink at least a half gallon of water a day. Anyone have a lack of energy from only drinking water for a period of time? I usually drink juice or a sports drink to offset that.
