How fit or unfit are you and what are you doing to change that?

State your stats, ie height, age, weight, body fat percentage, etc. and what your goal is by late spring/early summer. And by let's say May or June when the weather gets warmer, resurrect the post and see if you've met your set goal.

I'm 5'10'', 165 lbs at 15.4 % body fat, 23 years old. I'm happy with my weight, but wouldn't mind going down to as far as 155 lbs. I realistically want to get my body fat percentage down to the low 10 area.

I would like to slim down to 180 maybe. Not fat by any means, I just feel heavy when I walk around.
 
Im 6'5 200 pounds right now. Ive lost 15 pounds since Thanksgiving just by watching what I eat and cutting fast food out. I hit the gym 2 weeks ago doingcardio M-F. I would like to firm up and gain some definition and get down to around 180. Im a pretty tall and lanky dude so I wanna lose like 20 more poundsand be set.
