How fit or unfit are you and what are you doing to change that?

I thought this would be a cool motivating post for all of those who are workin' out in some way, shape, or form to post in. (I know my weight lost in therecent months inspired my neighbor to start working out

State your stats, ie height, age, weight, body fat percentage, etc. and what your goal is by late spring/early summer. And by let's say May or June whenthe weather gets warmer, resurrect the post and see if you've met your set goal.

I'm 5'10'', 165 lbs at 15.4 % body fat, 23 years old. I'm happy with my weight, but wouldn't mind going down to as far as 155 lbs. Irealistically want to get my body fat percentage down to the low 10 area.
 
i'm 4'11 bout 116...don't wanna lose weight i just want to be in shape and healthier...i just want to be ready for the summer and the beachpossibly...
 
I want to lose 30 lbs by May. I joined an exercise class and walk for 30 mins at work everyday on my break.
 
5'11" in the 160-170ish range

I'm slim but I got a little beer gut so I'm trying to get that out as well as get a little more cut up. Trying to get right for the summer.

So far I been hitting the treadmill everyday, knocking out a mile jogging/powerwalking (

I'm outta shape like a %$%!* ) doing ab exercises and pushupseverynight. Need to get in the gym tho.

It's doable, but you really gotta get on your grind. I was 210 lbs back in early Sept. You also gotta treat your body with respect and stopeating crappy food.
 
I'm like 220 now FAT FAT FAT.... But I just cut all beverages besides water... and I'm trying the sub way 6 grams or less diet... plus I have gymmembership and I do 2 hours of cardio 4 times a week...Trying to lose 50 pounds by august..
 
5'9", 160lbs, 10.5-11% Body Fat.

...I want to get in the 165-170 range. I eat horribly, very inconsistent, a lot of sodium. I have a nice 6 pac, but I have to work like a maniac to keep itnice.

Watch out for sodium on those Subway subs though. People think that if they just eat those subs daily, they will become like Jared.

Youshould start cooking basic stuff at home as well. It will save you money and be more healthier, ie a skinless piece of chicken for lunch with fruits andbottle of water for lunch. I think the first 30 pounds would go fairly nicely, but the last 20 would be a pain to get rid of. I also do 2 hours of gym daily,6-7 times a week. Sucks that this is all I can do now because of my foot injury. No more fighting for several months.

5'2 (ehh, don't really feel comfy being explicit about my weight....), but either way i am a size 4 or 26 in jeans

20% body fat aiming to get at 15% by summer + get my mini 4 pack abs on, they are starting to show...yay!

I work out 4-5 days a week, includes 30-45 mins heavy weights and then 20-30 mins running or ellyptical
each day is a different body part/area...
and on top of that i have a pretty healthy diet

5' 8'' 157ish. I'm tryin to bulk up tho. I'm thin, but toned and very athletic. I'm tryin to bulk up a little, so i try to make myselfdo at least 100 pushups daily. I understand that i need to eat better (my diet is

) but i'll have to get that squared away later. i also do curlsrandomly.
 
I'm 18 5'10 and 185. Not sure on body fat, but I'm a little chubby so I know I can do better. It was easy for me last year in high school b/c I hadweight lifting class, but now that I have graduated I don't really work out at all. Fast food is was killing me, I do drink a lot of water now so I guessI'm trying a little but still gotta long way.
 
I'm lucky to have great genes. I took 6 months off the gym and people still asked me if i work out regularly


6ft4 225? pounds....solid muscle. I've been doing the P90X workout 3-4 times and I eat right for the most part (nothing but broiled chicken, veges and riceduring the week.)

My issue is I drink a lot of beer and slip up to junk food during the weekend.
 
17, 6'0, 230ish.

I'm torn about losing weight. If I decide to play football in college, I probably won't be losing too much weight.

If I don't play, I'm going to get on my grind as soon as I start college. I'll have a lot more time to get into the gym because I won't bemessing around with being stuck in HS all day.
 
5'9"...193...mostly muscle...would love to get my six pack back in tact by april...gotta be like a solid 180-185 by time football starts prolly shouldcut out beer aÿe?
 
21 years old, 5'10, 175-180. I want to get my definition I used to have....back when I worked out at the gym on the reg. I also want to lose a few pounds,but I don't know, some people seem to think I'm skinny [whatever, they're not me.]
 
5'11 and i was at 175 but lost weight bein sick this whole week so now Im only 168. I wanna start runnin again and get that 8 pack poppin off

prob is all my pants are too loose now and I gotta walk around holdin em up lol it really sucks

Anyway I stopped eating fast food/drinking ANYTHING beside water this year. Only been to the gym 3 times this year tho.
