Rates below 5% for first time since April is good sign if it lasts. Could be a direct result of slower sales?

I USED TO IN MY OLD HOUSE. I DID ALL THE WORK AND FINISHED THAT GARAGE. MY CURRENT GARAGE I HAVE ONLY DONE THE FLOOR. HAVENT HAD THE CHANCE TO FINISH IT YET. EPOXY FLOORS IS A MUST IMO. I DO IT IMMEDIATELY UPON MOVING IN.

40000 they were trying to charge me 70 to 80000 to get everything done including the extra room and bathroom but I decided to just start with the basics for 40000. I'll probably use another company for the bathroom and extra bedroom. I have no regrets about starting off with this company, they have a good reputation and do everything to code.
