I have a few city’s I’ve been looking at and doing DD - will invest in a complex and pay quarterly payouts to those who invested in the fund.
The goal is not having to use a lender.

It seems like a recession is coming, but Bay Area house market still selling like crazy and theres no inventory. If the recession do come will it effect the real estate market at all? Prices and inventory still crazy for the Bay Area.
