From what I read the "friend-zone" lawsuit was already thrown out and the remaining litigation is in reference to libel/slander.

"The now-rejected magistrates’ suit was filed in August.

The judgment, released on Saturday, said Tan, “after years of massaging the claimant’s unhappiness, has finally decided to stand up to his threats rather than cower and give in to his demands”.

Tan began a harassment suit against Kawshigan in April last year and stopped attending counselling sessions. In response, Kawshigan continued to contact her, allegedly alluding to the potential suit in text messages. She cut off contact with him completely on May 19.

Kawshigan launched the high court lawsuit against Tan in July, claiming she had told third parties that he had harassed her, which caused damage to his “stellar reputation” as well as “trauma, depression and impacts” to his life."

He'll probably lose that too - pretty much was his own star witness

We exchanged numbers the weekend before last so I asked her out for drinks the following Friday but she declined due to not having the energy from work related stress (started her new job in December). She did say she was down to get drinks but never offered a different time or day after I initially asked. Didn’t want to press her on that so I left it as is.

Last message from her was on Sunday about how my weekend was and I replied back on Monday. Charging it to the game if she doesn’t get back to me by the end of this week.

exchanges like this are one of the most (if not the most) frustrating parts of using dating apps. swap contacts, connect via text, small talk for a few, i shoot out a date, which obviously shows interest, and someone responds, “oh sorry maybe the following week.”

once a woman hits me with the “maybe” and doesn’t offer an alternative date, i’ll cut my communication there and it’s up to her to follow up.

I know executive76 is going bash me regardless, but I must be crazy for lusting/dreaming after girls I went to school with? Both are in relationships(one engaged, one lives in ATL). They’re not the only ones but idk.

I’m positive we went over this discussion before, but seems I can’t help it. I still need to focus on myself, but I always find myself intrigued with their lives(because sadly all I do is work) and if that doesn’t work, at least put myself out there with whoever is receptive.

I don’t plan on going back to dating apps so that’s out of the question.
