I think if I go into another situation and the chick is better, sorry to sound fickle but I'm probably gone. You can love a person all you want but if you're arent enough for them or their FAMILY then so be it.

If she's missing something, then I'm missing a mature women whose ready for a relationship.

Whats crazy is, the people who give her advice have failed in relationship after relationship. Can't even get their minds made up about what they want in life.

as crazy as it sounds... as long as she KNOWS she has you to come back to she will act any way she wants... dont make yourself available all the time... dont always answer when she calls.... just enjoy yourself... go out with friends.... meet new women.... the more you stress about her the harder you make it on yourself.... once she realize you arent trippin off of her she will come back ASAP.... and if she dont then you know its really time to move on...

I realize now I have to look out for me and whats best for me. There is a lot of history but I don't live in the past.

I told her I'm going to need time to think on this but honestly, I'm not thinking about much else than what I want the next girl to offer. A girl that gives and not only expects to receive.

For the record everyone, I don't have my own place or a car yet (21-college kid-etc) so I'm sure her family and friends would love for her to have a guy who can offer that. They also seem to live in a fantasy world when it comes to romance. I'm not even getting into all that though

I agree with both of you and yeah it wouldn't be wise to jump right into another situation. I'm not.

I'm open to being friends right now though. My mind and heart will heal over time and honestly I don't think it'll take long. Once I get to a fed up point, I kill and bury feelings and possibilities.

Right now, I'm just focused on locking down a second job so I can get a car. I've been wanting one forever now and it'll make life WAAAYYYY more accessible. Plus I like customizing stuff so that'll be a fun process. What sucks right now though, looking back. I turned down a dime to remain with her. We were 3 months in and this chick that looked like Rihanna lite was giving me the eye and wanted me to approach her.

She would have went perfectly in the Black women thread and I saw her two days in a row and have never seen her since.

What also sucks, in order to keep drama from ever starting, I really didn't and don't keep many female friends. I'm just one of them people where, if I'm with a girl, I don't feel a point in chilling and hanging out with other girls.

Mouse is that a good thing. Do girls really like when they have nothing to worry about at all when it comes to their guy cheating?

Because I'm good at avoiding that stuff like a plague.

Yeah I actually found a second job but people who did the background check did a sucky search and got me mixed up with somebody else so I'm waiting for that to get cleared up.
