Y’all think flight attendants should be paid $200k/year?

Perhaps not literally $92/hr but certainly a drastic raise. $100,000 in total compensation not just salary would not be unreasonable. Very few people can sustain such a lifestyle and it naturally has a fair bit of turn over. Most of the stewards I meet are either very young or on their second career after their children have grown. Higher salaries would attract people to stay longer and improve the quality of employee (no one is going to keep an employee for $100,000 with consistent complaints against them).

Maybe not quite that much, but flight attendants can have it hard. They spend a lot of time away from their families and they deal with a lot of BS. I couldn't do it.
