When you said sports bar I knew what the place looked like and everything. I have awful memory too.

You mean the show where he cooks meals for hundreds of people, or where he shows people how to turn around their restaurants? What you think he was, a mechanic?
No.

The Robert Irvine Show

I aint never heard of any of the shows you just mentioned

His cooking shows..? Lol

He’s a well known chef but I feel like he’s gone away from it. I just know he’s into fitness and whatnot now
Son has become a c-grade Maury/Jerry Springer.

Where y'all been?

I've literally never heard of Robert Irvine the chef :lol

Tell me where he's cooking here.

THE BEST SIDE AT EVERY MAJOR FAST-FOOD CHAIN

In-N-Out: Animal-style fries
Yeah, the fries at In-N-Out are terrible. They’re limp, unless you have the foresight to order them “well done,” in which case they’re burnt. But hey, you could probably drizzle secret sauce, caramelized onions, and cheese on an old bandage and it would be pretty good. And since you can’t just order a cup of that stuff, this will have to do. (Side note: In-N-Out should introduce a new item called Animal Parfait that’s just a cup of sauce and onions.)

Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat, on netflix
This show & Ugly Delicous are some of my favorite shows on Netflix.

I love when David Chang talked about how racist it was for the media to spotlight Chinese (Asian) cooking & MSG when it’s so rife in other cuisines but never talked about.

Also loved the Chef’s Table episodes with the Korean Buddhist monk that is a cook & pastry chef Christina Tosi.

Tried reverse searing for the first time. I cooked it according to the ladies time but I swear my stove is hotter than normal. Was going for medium, ended up with a medium well. Still tender tho.

Man, overcooking a steak is one of the worst feelings.

Good job with being heavy handed on your seasonings

Take notes @Master Zik

I had steak last week, I try not to overdo it. But I have been seeing folks make some good looking steaks, makes me want one.

protein style in-n-out was my savior when i was on keto

I be low carbinn it and I still couldn't do it. I don't even like lettuce like that. Especially fast food lettuce. **** Always looks and taste old
