Stone Ground /Whole Wheat English Muffins from Trader Joes.
The level of Nooks and Crannies can't compare to Thomas' Brand.
They serve their purpose to me, just a crusted piece of bread.
If you are a stickler, you might just want to test them out first and return them if you don't like them. Since TJ takes back anything

Chicken adobo hack: put some sliced ginger in the pot. I like it better that way over than without ginger. It gives that flavor distinction from pork adobo.

Also, I got a little trick from a cooking class a whiles back, for most strewed dishes, at a pinch of Nutmeg in there. Goes a long way
