IMO the Cemitas is the better of the two mexican sandwiches but it's my last cheat day as I want to start cutting soon and I hadn't tried a torta from the spot yet. Still good but the Cemitas is the way to go. Also Oaxaca cheese is piff, stringy like mozzarella but has a pungent taste too it
 
Not to turn this into the fitness thread but I generally eat high protein/fat low to no carb diet for 3 months. No added sugars or anything like that. A lot of greens to fill me up as I'll be missing the carbs heavy. **** sucks for the first week because going keto gives you flu like symptoms the first week but after your blood sugar level etc. adjusts to no carbs in your body and breaks down the fat cells in your body into sugars.
 
when my pops makes chicken adobo he uses a whole chicken and cuts its up into small pieces... so its white and dark meat...
 
My Lolo did it that way.

He actually raised chickens.

Very fond memories adobo brings.
 
Damn @1stwitit, the soup & the grilled cheese looks great. I like to experiment with my grill cheese samiches by trying a variety of cheese & breads. Like doing munster on rye bread. I also like to occasionally switch it up by adding tomato slices & a good mustard.

jaymosenvied jaymosenvied , I haven't had katsu curry in a long time. It looks good, was it?

Fire bro. Have not had it in a year since Hawaii so I’m glad I found a spot out here that has it. Gonna hit it again for the beef curry.

I tried to trick my 2 year old by adding a green tomatoe to his grapes. He foUnd it right away.

The beef dipped places had a ton of yelp reviews so I tried it, it was ok.
