I think people get the wrong perception when they hear about in n out. And they must hear it from food writers or whatever Because I don't even know many people that eat at in n out real heavy.

The customer service is good, the price is wonderful, and the burger itself is good, but at the end of the day, it's still fast food. I will rather go to a higher end burger joint over in n out

She is right.

If you tell me, "I am going to eat crabs on Sunday" I picture you sitting at a table, with beer and newspaper eating ACTUAL crabs.

If I have a taste for crab CAKES, I don't say, "Let's go get/eat some crabs."

I would prefer the crab cakes, because I love crab cakes, but she is right for sure

depends on how you want the mushroom sauce. Some are cream based, others are broth based.

I make my mushroom sauce with beef stock, mushrooms, garlic, onions, and heavy cream. salt and pepper to taste. If you want a less rich flavor, use chicken stock or just omit the heavy cream completely. If you don't want use to use cream, make it thick with a cornstarch slurry.
